We are inviting applications for the role of Vice President, Lead Client Partner
This role ensures Genpact experiences growth in priority and growth mining accounts. You will be managing relationships with existing and target new executives in existing account clients.
Position is mapped to 4 accounts in a particular vertical.
Responsibilities :
- Building relationships with new client executives at CXO and CXO-1 level
- Network within the organization to build relationships at all levels (decision makers and influencers)
- Engage executives effectively in exploratory discussions to understand their needs
- Be comfortable in engaging in exploratory discussions in business functions where he / she does not have deep expertise
- Challenge thinking of these executives in respectful manner and helps them shape their strategic agenda and priorities
- Effectively tap into domain experts and SMEs at Genpact to educate himself / herself and figure out the right ideas to take to clients;
pulls in SMEs into the right client discussions
- Have a deep understanding of Genpact’s capabilities and services and how they can deliver value to customers
- Articulate and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact
- Effectively construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations
- Lead deal process end-to-end including mapping and building relationships with all stakeholders
- Negotiate the pricing and commercials in a manner that meets Genpact’s profitability goals
- Coach GRMs and other amounts of the account team to build capabilities and drive sales opportunities in other buying centers
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience of managing senior client relationships at Fortune 500 companies (CXO, CXO-1 levels)
- Experience leading and closing end to end deals. Proven success in creating and leading close $5M TCV or larger (non-RFP situation ideally)
- Relevant years of services business experience with
- Relevant years as account manager at a strategic level
- Fortune 500 company experience
- MBA or advanced degree in related field
- Strategic consulting expertise or practice at a large consulting firm
- Program Management experience
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
- Experience with working either in / for Manufacturing or Industrial sector industries / clients
- Experience and cultural flexibility to work across countries and succeed in a global organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)
- Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding
- The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200000 to $250000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities;
geographic location; and internal equity
