Telehealth Family Nurse Practitioner Job Highlights :
- 100% Remote / Work-From-Home , equipment will be provided
- Part-Time, Night Shift, 12 - 20 hours per week : 10 : 30pm-6 : 30am, including weekends and rotating holidays
- $74.87 per hour , paid weekly
- 6 month W2 contract to start , with some potential to convert to permanent based on business needs and performance.
Job Responsibilities
Nurse Practitioner leverages administrative support in addition to delivering patient care services through virtual technology.
The ratio of work is dependent upon patient demand.
- Will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
- Encounters are documented utilizing an electronic health record (EHR).

- Minimum of two years of medically-relevant experience
