They serve as a resource to other staff and treatment team members while effectively monitoring and assuring proper and adequate staffing during shift by referring to unit acuity.
This House Charge RN opportunity would also allow you to assess, plan, intervene, teach, discharge and document on patients and families appropriately based on diagnostic, cultural and developmental issues.
