  • 1-year shareholder track with ASC ownership (no buy-in or risk)

  • Generous time off : Up to 6 weeks PTO  plus 6 paid holidays : even more flexibility as a shareholder
  • Wellness & growth : $2,500 CME allowance, plus paid license and certification renewals
  • Compensation Range : Total potential compensation up to $700,000. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $280,000 - $375,000, depending upon the applicants qualifications and experience. In addition to the base compensation, this position may also be eligible for a productivity and quality bonuses, sign-on bonus, loan repayment assistance, residency stipend, and relocation bonus equaling a total target cash compensation that may be between $300,000 - $700,000.

  • MD or DO
  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified (AB or AOA)
