We have an opening for an experienced, bilingual, in-office, full-time Customer Service Representative. This important role is the first to connect with our customers and provide the high level of service that we’re known for. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Communicate in both English and Spanish with customers verbally and in writing
  • Answer inbound customer calls and follow up on voicemails
  • Promote products, services, and maintenance plans
  • Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
  • Make outbound calls
  • Monitor and reply to customer emails
  • Document customer concerns and resolution
  • Assist with customer mailings and related projects
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Scheduled first shift, M-F, in-office, with rotating Saturday mornings
  • Fluent in English and Spanish verbal and written communications
  • High personal integrity and desire to serve others
  • High school diploma / GED required (college experience or degree a plus)
  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable, patient, and compassionate personality
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational ability
  • Strong computer and data entry skills, to include Word, Excel, and Outlook
