MontVerde Produce, Inc. is a fruit and vegetable importer, exporter, wholesaler and distributor located in Pompano Beach, Florida.
We are currently seeking a dynamic professional with experience in sales and customer service.
Don’t have experience in the produce industry? Don’t worry, we are willing to train the right candidate. All you need is a positive, ambitious and go-getter attitude with the willingness to learn and succeed on a personal and professional level.

Are you a motivated and driven individual looking to kick-start your career in produce sales? We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and drive sales through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Coordinate shipments to clients as necessary.
- Other tasks related to sales and customer service as assigned by management.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in customer service and / or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not necessary.
- Bilingual a MUST English and Spanish.
- Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally.
