Horizon Commercial Pools is actively seeking a Warehouse-Inventory Associate to join our team in Butler, WI. The Warehouse-Inventory Associate will assist the Operations Manager in streamlining the capacity and efficiency of Horizon Commercial Pool’s Warehouse and Inventory Operations. As the Warehouse-Inventory Associate you will be responsible for a safe and organized Warehouse space as well as an organized and secure Parts Room. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure Standard Operating Procedures are being followed when it comes to Inventory Controls.
The Warehouse-Inventory Associate will work a full-time 8-hour day shift (Monday through Friday 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm) in a comfortable, indoor facility with a great team of passionate pool people. We are looking for a Warehouse-Inventory Associate who is a hard-working team player, who has a passion for inventory, safety and takes ownership of their workspace and duties. We are looking for a candidate who wants to grow within the role and develop their skillset while at Horizon. This role will involve general warehouse upkeep and a variety of projects and tasks revolving around maintenance of space, equipment and the company fleet
The Warehouse-Inventory Associate is expected to have or want to develop their Customer Service skills, as you will see there is a high number of Will Call orders per day. Horizon Commercial Pools provides World-Class Customer Service, and the Warehouse-Inventory Associate will interact with our valued customers daily, and it is expected you will represent the company well during each interaction. A willingness to learn and become parts, equipment and chemical Subject Matter Expert will be expected to ensure the role is performed correctly.

The Warehouse-Inventory Associate role is crucial to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation. Tasks will need to be completed by EOD to ensure both the Service and Delivery teams are set up for success. Pay range for the position is $17-20per hour depending on experience.
