We are seeking a "Master Certified" automotive technician well versed in diagnostic skills and willing to mentor "B & C" technicians. 4 DAY WORK WEEK M-TH. The goal for this position would be to transition into a combination role of General Manager / Technician after the first year and may be invited to "buy in" as business is converted to a employee owned business. You would be replacing the current owner / founder who would stay on in a consulting position if needed. You would be required to perform any and all the duties required to run a successful automotive business witch would include the ability to interact with customers and sell services as needed. Qualifications : Good communications skills are mandatory. Must have completed a post-secondary training or significant on the job training in automotive service technology. Management skills and ASE certification is strongly desired.
