CPA Accounting Manager

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager / Lead / Supervisor with a focus on the manufacturing industry and a CPA certification.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the monthly financial close process, including journal entry reviews and account reconciliations

Prepare financial information for company consolidation and oversee internal / external audits and SOX compliance

Drive process improvement initiatives and develop junior team members while ensuring adherence to accounting policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

Current CPA required or candidates must be prepared to take the exam soon

More than 5 years of professional accounting experience in a medium to large-sized publicly held manufacturing company

Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and understanding of GAAP

Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring team members
