Overview

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an Outpatient Clinic / Primary Care setting. The nurse will support patient care delivery, perform clinical duties, and assist providers within a fast-paced ambulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform patient intake, obtain vitals, health history, and medication reconciliation
  • Administer immunizations and medications (IM, SQ, Oral)
  • Conduct telephone triage and follow-up calls
  • Manage pharmacy calls and refill requests
  • Obtain and document 12-lead EKG / ECG
  • Support providers during minor procedures (e.g., Pap Smears)
  • Maintain documentation in Epic EHR
  • Promote infection-control and patient-safety standards

    • Requirements

  • Experience : Minimum 1 year in Outpatient Clinic or Urgent Care
  • Certifications : BLS (Required)
  • Licensure : Active LPN / LVN license eligible to practice in assignment state
  • Systems Experience : Epic (required, 1+ year experience)
