As a Release Manager within PNC's Enterprise Data Management Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh-PA, Cleveland-OH and Birmingham-AL

Candidate will

i.be responsible for the coordination of release communication and coordination of all 22 applications under Enterprise Director of Technology

ii.Required to work weekends (unless there is of course no release that weekend

iii.work with our Run the Bank, Change the Bank and Shared Service teams to coordinate release activities and contacts

iv.continually improve and enhance release processes & documentation and work with BI development team to improve dashboard reports to help all parties involved in the release.

v.Support business continuity events when they occur

Job Description

  • Manages multiple aspects of configuration management and ensures the coordinated integration of incremental versions of applications and systems.
  • Coordinating the build and maintenance of the infrastructure for configuration and release management, for new or enhanced application systems.
  • Overseeing configuration management procedures and processes; administering version control and issue tracking.
  • Coordinating a phased-release approach to application / system development and testing
  • Consulting and collaborating with peers to provide oversight and ensure proper use of tools, methods and schedules to enable compliance with the change management process.
