Opportunity : NP / PA - Urgent Care

This is an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a respected healthcare team in a fast-paced urgent care setting. New graduates are welcome to apply for this position that offers significant autonomy and the chance to practice at the top of your licensure.

Job Details :

• 0.9 FTE position with starting bonus and retention bonuses available
• Sites of service will be Virginia, Duluth, and Superior, Wisconsin
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
• Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Provides comprehensive healthcare with emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention
• Fast-paced, acute walk-in care setting with 1 : 1 provider to staff ratio
• Excellent team environment with high level of autonomy
• Desired skills include suturing, orthopedic care, positive attitude, and innovation
• Ideal candidate will have experience in Urgent Care or Family Medicine
• Shifts : 9am-8pm Monday-Friday; 8am-6pm Saturday-Sunday
• Schedule : 10-hour days, every third weekend
• Requires Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies
• Current NP / PA licensure in Minnesota and Wisconsin required
• Current CPR certification and national certification in applicable area required
• Position requires high level of customer service skills

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation may be available in the form of bonuses, quality incentives, and production-based compensation.
