The Opportunity : With our platform development nearing completion, we're seeking a creative and data-driven Head of Growth Marketing to help lead the next phase of our journey.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the growth strategy of a well-funded startup backed by a team with a track record of success.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and execute innovative growth strategies across multiple channels
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives, then scale and optimize successful approaches
- Build and manage a high-performing growth team
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to drive user acquisition and retention
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and optimize marketing spend
What We're Looking For :
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment
- Expertise in a variety of marketing channels (e.g., outbound sales, online ads, content marketing, SEO)
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to think strategically while also executing tactically
- Experience in hiring and managing marketing teams
- Adaptability and willingness to experiment with new channels and approaches
