State Farm Agency, located in Jacksonville, FL has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish / English) Sales Representative.
Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! Must be willing to obtain your 4-40 Insurance license (licensing fee reimbursed after 30 days with agency).

Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
As an Agent Team Sales Producer, you will receive :
- Hourly pay
- plus commission / bonus
- 401k (after 1 year of service), 3% match

Requirements :
- 440 Customer Service License (must be able to obtain)
- Must have active driver's license
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Detail oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
