As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the nursing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you will do :
- Collaborate with the Executive Director to provide high-quality care to our Residents
- Lead, train, manage, and motivate healthcare department Team members
- Complete assessments, write service plans, accurately document, and communicate all relevant medical information in compliance with State regulations
- Ensure Resident contentment and communicate promptly with Residents' families, when necessary
The ideal candidate should possess :
- Proven experience in assisted living and / or skilled nursing home operations
- Excellent work history in the long-term care industry
- Commitment to team-orientated outcomes and quality care
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- State of IN RN license required
