Discovery at Home is comprised of a team of professionals with extensive experience in senior living personal care. We’re always nearby, including our senior management team, accessible to our clients and their families, and have direct authority to make decisions right where we are.

All patients are treated at one location. No travel required.
Responsibilities :
Provides skilled Physical Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes under the direction from the Registered Physical Therapist.
Requirements :
- Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years for Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Must be licensed by the State as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Must have a criminal background check
- Must have current CPR certification
