Overview

Position Mission : The Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring the compliance of the product with the customer specifications, through the constant monitoring and improvement of the productive process. Most of all the Quality Manager will lead and manage the quality team and plantwide quality efforts. We are seeking candidates with a strong sense of responsibility and dedication , excellent communication skills, and a drive for continuous improvement

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor Product and Outgoing Quality Control (PQC & OQC) activities.
  • Conduct process audits, manage SPC, and review control plans and specifications.
  • Approve quality documentation and lead product audits.
  • Support customer and system audits and manage quality performance reporting.
  • Lead quality validations for new or modified processes, products, or materials.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformities, manage 8D reports, and drive quality improvements.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on Control Plans and PFMEA.
  • Lead and develop the quality team, ensuring adherence to safety, discipline, and 7S standards.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence.

Education

Bachelor\'s degree or above (combination of education and experience may be considered.)

Experiences

  • Minimum 8 years quality control experience with at least 3 years in a quality managerial or leadership position.
  • Mandatory experience with ISO / IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Systems).
  • Technical Skills

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
  • Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA)
  • Advanced Product Quality Planning and Control Plan (APQP)
  • Process FMEA : method to analyze the potential failure mode and effects of a product
  • Product Sample Inspection Plans
  • Internal auditing techniques
  • Experience with VDA 6.3, 6.5
  • Experience with SAP
