In the 24-hour program, the Assistant Program Director is responsible for the direct supervision of the facility staff, clients, and the surrounding community;
and immediately reporting observations or concerns to the Program Director. This position maintains operational control within the mission of Volunteers of America Ohio & Indiana (VOAOHIN) and meets contract, funding and / or accreditation requirements.

This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social work, human services or related field and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience.
Will consider candidates with five (5) to seven (7) years of transferable supervisory experience. The position requires demonstrated ability in staff training, supervision, leadership skills, and oral and written communication.
