BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) for our Charlotte, NC Medicare Certified Home Health office.

This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients throughout Mecklenburg and Union counties.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager :

• Supervise a team of field nurses.
• Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory / assessment visits in Mecklenburg, Union and other surrounding areas.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new nurses.
• Coordinate and / or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager :

• Registered Nurse (RN) with 2or more years of experience as an RN is required .
• 1+ years of Home Health required
• Oasis highly preferred.
• Acute, med / surg, and / or sub-acute experience preferred .
• Supervisory experience a plus.
