Job Details
- Position is on a busy neuro / surgical telemetry floor.
- 2 yrs exp req, travel pref, Locals are accepted at same rate
- Must have Epic experience within the last 12-months.
- No holiday RTO will be approved, travelers can discuss scheduling with their managers.
Additional Details
- Required for Qualivis.
- Aya Placements : I9 Required.
- Subcontractors : Lotus I9 Attestation Required.
- Government issued photo ID required. Photo Identification must be carried on person during hours of service to client.
- Subcontractors : Either signed Lotus HIPAA form (preferred) OR Core testing is acceptable.
- If the background check is not complete by doc due date, both the candidate and CL will need to complete the attached Criminal Background Check Addendum.
- A full and complete background check will be needed no later than four weeks from the start date. Failure to do so will result in termination of the contract.
- An instant statewide search is not needed to cover pending counties in the meantime.
- Initial physical, attesting to the ability to meet the physical demands of the offered position, within a year of start.
