Unit Summary :

17 bed Med Surg / Tele Unit

This unit cares primarily for acute care patients who have a wide variety of diagnosis and co-morbidities. Most common surgical patients are orthopedic including total joint replacements and neurosurgical as well as GI / GU / GYN surgeries.

These patients can require telemetry monitoring.

Requirements :

• Associate degree required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS preferred
• Tele experience preferred
• IV experience preferred
