POSITION OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing People Experience team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with senior leadership and their teams to identify opportunities to drive our goals forward and enable high performance.

Focus areas include talent acquisition & planning, performance management, career development planning, and employee relations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive Talent Management Experience : Over 7 years of experience handling complex employee workforce planning, employee relations issues, organizational management, and learning and development initiatives.
  • Operate as a member of the business unit executive team, understanding all aspects of unit performance, challenges, and needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for specific departments, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. Proven track record in recruiting within a dynamic, high-growth, and results-oriented technology environment.
  • Deep understanding of various HR disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.
  • Maintain a strong connection with HR to deliver consistent practices and performance, while supporting the unique needs of assigned business units.

Address communication challenges effectively.

  • Consult with line management, providing HR guidance as appropriate.
  • Analyze trends and metrics in collaboration with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring compliance.

Partner with the legal department as needed.

  • Performance Management : Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management, including coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions.
  • Employee Engagement : Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Workforce Planning : Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Training and Development : Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs. Participate in the evaluation and monitoring of training program success, ensuring objectives are met.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field and
