POSITION OVERVIEW
A TITLE Boxing Club Coach is responsible for delivering a world-class experience. The position requires a strong ability to command, lead, and inspire others through a pre-designed workout.
A TBC Coach must demonstrate a well-rounded knowledge of fitness and immerse themselves in the TITLE community & brand culture.

At TITLE Boxing Club, we believe in creating not only better boxers but better people. Our classes are centered around heavy bag-based boxing + strength training while empowering upwards of 40 participants to conquer their goals.
We are on a mission to motivate, uplift, and throw a punch at whatever life throws at us!
BRAND STANDARDS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- On-Brand Classes : Prepare for and deliver on-brand classes using our daily programming
- Connect and Engage : Arrive early and stay post-class to connect with our team, members, and first-shots
- Professional Development : Attend monthly staff meetings and development workshops
- Lead by Example : Work out alongside members during class to amplify the energy
- Team Player : Assist the front of the house with pre- and post-class responsibilities
COMPENSATION & PERKS
- $35-$65 / class
- Potential bonus structure(s) and ability to run personalized boxing and / or strength training sessions
