Our client is looking for an Accounting Manager with 4-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience in the nonprofit industry.

Title : Accounting Manager (contract)

Location : Washington, D.C.

Pay : $60 - $70 / Hour

Responsibilities :

  • Full cycle Payroll, Accounts Payable, Billing and Accounts Receivable
  • Obtain approvals from managers for invoices and expense reports that match with receiving reports / packing slips
  • High volume invoices, and expense reports into NetSuite and process cash disbursement process in Costpoint
  • Prepare weekly payments, Timesheet Collection and Run Payroll, Collect, and process a bi-monthly timesheet
  • Support the month-end closing, Assist the Balance Sheet reconciliation, provide other support as needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS :

  • 4-year degree in Accounting
  • Experience using NetSuite or Paycom is preferred
  • Experience in non-profit strongly preferred
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience
