This unit cares for STEMI / NSTEMI, CP rule out, CHF, Noninvasive Ventilation, Cardiothoracic surgery after ICU, antiarrhythmic IV medications, peripheral vascular compromise, etc.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience - Required
- Float to Med / Surg or ER to take CVCU / Med Surg holds - Required
- MUST HAVE CARDIAC EXPERIENCE (not just ICU) - Required
- Recent traveler experience - highly preferred
- Profile Requirements : Work History
- Skills Checklist (Stepdown / PCU Checklist), current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Licensure & Certifications (BLS - AHA, NIH)
