Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first time? Our team is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.
Newly licensed agents that join the Wilson Leung Real Estate Associates team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide.
OWN Real Estate is partnered directly with multiple lead sources. OWN Real Estate agents receive leads directly when they join our team.
We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open escrows. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month within 90 days.
OWN Real Estate offers continued education 5 days per week to ensure that our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.
2024 is the year you can increase your production for good. Regardless of whether you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, our licensed agents are consistently able to open 2-3 escrows a month with the leads we provide.

Responsibilities :
- List and sell residential real estate
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers
- Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
- Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
Qualifications :
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Tech savvy
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- Show good organizational and time management skills
Compensation : $135,000 - $165,000 yearly
