Encore Talent Solutions is seeking a highly driven and experienced Key Account Manager for our client in the nonwoven filtration industry, with a focus on the Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector .

Key Responsibilities :
- Industry Expertise : Develop a deep understanding of the Oil and Gas industrys filtration needs and align them with our clients technical product portfolio.
- Strategic Growth : Create and execute a growth plan with actionable targets and timelines for the Oil and Gas segment.
- Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- New Business Development : Identify new sales opportunities and deliver significant business growth by winning key accounts.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams and customers to provide technical expertise, design solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and targets for the Oil and Gas segment.
- Technical Presentations : Deliver technical presentations to clients and actively participate in the design and bid / quote process.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years of industrial sales experience with a focus on business development and key account management.
- 5+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry is essential.
- Nonwoven industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to make independent, complex decisions and manage a sales pipeline to achieve set goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and other affiliated software packages.
