Location : Munsey Park, Great Neck, Port Washington, Rosly, New Hyde Park, Mineola, Westbury, Glen Cove, Hempstead, and surrounding communities.

Must have an active Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) license in the state of New York

Hello! We are in search for NYS certified HHA and / or PCA's to provide quality care in Munsey Park.

The schedule is 10am- 10pm 7 days are currently available.

Hourly rate $18.55

Must be a Driver with vehicle to assist in running local errands.

Responsibilities

• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in a safe and professional manner
• Supply personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

Qualifications

• New York Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) license is required
• Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality are strict requirements
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work
