What is your mission?
- Overall point-of-contact to the clients, handling, and resolving all escalations.
- Contrive and execute on cost containment initiatives.
- Participate in contract discussions (non-pricing related).
- Assist with ensuring invoice data are checked and are % accurate.
- Translate client company goals into clear and comprehensive directives for the team.
- Support direct reports as they implement new directives.
- Manage and utilize metrics to drive positive change in areas such as Service Level Agreements, Productivity, Customer Satisfaction, Quality, NPS, and Contact Rate.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management for the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for supported Bi-lingual channel Mandarin.
- 3-5 years in an operational management role.
- Minimum of 2 years in college, preferably a bachelor's degree.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Must be willing to work in a % onsite work arrangement.
- Teach direct reports to become inspiring leaders for their own direct reports and model similar behavior as leaders of Leads.
- Capable of multitasking, being agile, and maintaining flexibility.
- Embrace the adventure with Client, Peers, and teams and use superior communication skills to cultivate professional relationships with Client.
- Use innovative channels of communication to keep teams up-to-date with day-to-day changes in expectations and goals that are relevant to their roles.
