A company is looking for a MyChart Customer Support Representative to assist patients with their MyChart accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, and ticketing systemsAssist patients with account activation, password resets, and navigating the MyChart PortalUtilize knowledge base resources to troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiriesRequired Qualifications, Training, and EducationPrevious experience with EHR systems preferredExperience in a healthcare setting as a medical assistant or central scheduler preferredStrong PC skills with relevant troubleshooting examplesHigh School diploma or GED requiredAvailability for any shift, including overnights and weekends
