HVAC Installer - Entry level

Pay Scale : $21.50 / hour
Benefits : Medical Insurance (70% company paid - Family Options available), Dental and Vision Insurance, 10 Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off (PTO), Life Insurance, Flexible Spending Account (FSA), 401k with company match after 1 year.
Work Hours : 7 : 00 am 3 : 30 pm, Monday through Friday, overtime as required
Required Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 1 year of HVAC experience or schooling desired, but not required
- Demonstrate willingness to invest in tools used in the installation of HVAC equipment
- Demonstrate willingness to invest time in training seminars and classes
- Work from 28' extension ladder and 6' step ladder
- Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
- Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given
- Demonstrate commitment to developing customer service skills
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Ability to lift 75 lb., access crawlspaces and attics
