About the Job
Rapidly growing medical device company seeking an enthusiastic customer service rep to join our team! We are looking for someone for the long run that can grow with the company.
Someone who can work independently and also in a team.
Responsibilities :
- General office tasks such as answering phone calls, electronic filing of documents and general emails
- Process returns for instruments in-warranty and out-of- warranty service
- Follow up for payment / approval for RMA orders emailed to customers
- Email customer invoices as needed
- Process Loaner orders for customers
- Process Credit Card payments
- Follow up on open RMA’s and outstanding Loaners
- Process customer orders and do any necessary follow up
- Complete customer documentation requests as needed
Qualifications :
- Must be fluent in English (Speak, write, read.)
- Bilingual (Spanish speaking is a plus but not required).
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, reception or other related fields.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Positive and professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
- Helpful and approachable attitude.
