Med / surg and pcu patients 4 : 1· Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : Charge RN, RNs, PCT· Type of equipment : Ventilators, specialty beds, occasionally CRRT· Documentation system : Meditech· Scheduling requirements : minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule (schedules are 4 weeks).
