Spring Internships : Monday, January6, 2025 (15-20 / hours per week max)
The People Communications &Culture Programs Intern will help establish baseline and campaignmeasurement and reporting for Internal Communications efforts,including social listening, impact measurement of ourcommunications channels and digital activities, and sentimentreporting.
In this position the intern will help establish insightsto help inform and optimize our campaigns and corporatecommunications strategy.
Additionally, this position will assistwith the creation of social media content and Culture Programs.
What You'llDo
- Help design andimplement measurements to analyze messaging program effectivenessand quantify impact generated from executedprograms
- Conducts research into industry trendsand helps generate new and creative ideas
- Helpguide social listening, keyword tracking and sentiment reportingduring positive and negative media cycles involving the company,large-scale media announcements and reputationalchallenges
- Gather stakeholder stories forsocial media spotlights and documentauthorization
- Collect and analyze social mediaand corporate web / Intranet behavioraldata
- Develop and present learnings from theanalyses, including actionable insights andrecommendations
- Create dashboards, datavisualization, and campaign and corporate website / intranetperformance reports
- Provide monthly andquarterly analysis and reporting of our brand health, ownedcontent, and reputation and favorabilitymeasurement
- Contribute to ongoing CultureProgram projects
WhatYou'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
Pursuing a degree in a relatedfield
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong research, interpersonal skillsand communication abilities (verbal andwritten)
- Strong organizational, creative andproblem-solving skills
- Excellent writing,editing, and proofreading skills with a diligent eye for detail,language, flow, and grammar
- Understanding ofsocial listening and experience in measuring and analyzingcommunications / marketing campaigns, including socialmedia
- Working knowledge of digital analyticstools, such as Google Analytics
- Highlyorganized and structured, able to manage multiple projects andadjust to changing priorities, circumstances and personalstyles
- Strong analytical and strategic thinkingskills as well as ability to relay analyticalinsight
- Completed at least one other internshippreferred
TravelRequirements and WorkingConditions
- Minimaltravel
- Reliable internet access for any periodof time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
- Must be authorized to work in the UnitedStates and not require sponsorship now or in the future
