About the Position :
Our client, a dynamic boutique law firm in the western suburbs of Chicago, has an immediate need for an insurance coverage lawyer (policyholder side experience preferred) to join as an associate or partner, depending on level of experience.
This firm represents clients across the country in policyholder insurance coverage matters, including litigation / arbitration / mediation and counseling.

Responsibilities :
- Represent clients with various complex cases and throughout all aspects of litigation, including dispositive motions
- Represent policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, including errors and omissions and business income loss
- Provide risk management advice
- Involvement in commercial matters, litigation, insurance disputes and environmental issues
Required Qualifications :
- 2 to 6+ years of insurance coverage litigation experience
- Policyholder side insurance coverage experience strongly preferred
