(No C2C or third party candidates will be considered at this time)Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to spearhead the migration of complaints handling from Salesforce (SFDC) to TrackWise.
This role demands advanced project management expertise, aligned with PMI best practices, to ensure successful project delivery.
The Senior Project Manager will also provide leadership and mentorship to team members, functional leaders, and vendors as needed to achieve project goals.Key Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage the project from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedule, cost, and quality requirements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with project sponsors and stakeholders to define objectives and business case, and establish governance structures for reporting, review, and approval.
- Cross-functional Coordination : Act as the liaison between IT, business teams, and vendors to facilitate smooth delivery of technology and business process components.
- Communication : Effectively communicate with executive-level stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Technical Proficiency : Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams, MS Project) and manage projects involving software applications such as TrackWise, SFDC, MuleSoft, and system integrations.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure projects adhere to regulated environments (GxP), including audit preparation and documentation compliance.
- Software Development Management : Oversee projects involving IT software development activities, following the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, UAT, and deployment.Core Competencies :
- Program Management : Deep understanding of Program Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®) concepts and principles (e.g., agile, waterfall, work breakdown structure).
Demonstrated experience managing projects from start to finish with a solid grasp of scope, schedule, resources, and budget.
- Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, meeting their expectations while maintaining transparency and objectivity.
- Leadership : Exhibit resilience, empathy, and accountability. Inspire project stakeholders and team members through proactive engagement and creative problem-solving.
- Interpersonal Skills : Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional, and virtual teams. Excellent time management, organizational skills, and experience in leading effective meetings and workshops.Qualifications :
- Minimum Requirements : o 7 years of project management experience following PMI guidelines.
- Preferred : o PMP or other PMI Certification, or equivalent.o Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
o Experience managing projects in the medical device industry, particularly involving Quality functions and TrackWise software.
