Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborative Solutions : Partner with Business Analysts to develop user-friendly solutions that align with strategic objectives, prioritising configuration over customisation for swift platform delivery.
- Requirements Elicitation & Analysis : Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys;
perform fit / gap analysis of proposed solutions against current processes.
- Documentation & Communication : Create comprehensive functional design documents, use cases, and test plans; effectively communicate between business and technical teams.
- Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement : Define data requirements, collaborate with analysts, and identify process optimisation opportunities.
- Testing & Validation : Work with testing teams to ensure that delivered solutions meet specified requirements.
