This is a great opportunity and a senior role that requires both service-level and hands-on IT Infrastructure Engineering, Network and Azure Cloud Solutions expertise, including Systems Configuration, Deployment, Service Operations, Troubleshooting and SLA Management.

Responsibilities :

Optimizing, modernizing & managing IT infrastructure solutions / services and operational processes

Providing technical and functional IT Infrastructure expertise including Azure and AWS Cloud Services, Azure AD, Network Connectivity and Access Requirements, VMs and Hosts, Windows, Linux and SQL Servers, Upgrades, Patching, DR and Backup requirements

Planning and providing new / enhanced technology capabilities needed by the business, employees and customers, including internal and vendor solutions and planned deliverables

Optimizing and supporting systems and applications deployment, service management, logs monitoring and reporting tools, continued service and resources optimization

A technical project lead or a project resource for IT related activities and corporate initiatives

Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the IT and business success through proactive involvement in the corporate, business and team initiatives

Identify, manage and resolve issues in a timely manner

Acts as a subject matter of expertise in IT related projects

Seeks out opportunities to contribute to the business’s success through proactive involvement in the corporate and team initiatives

Manage LAN, WAN, Active Directory, DHCP and DNS

Proactively monitor enterprise systems, report issues, escalate and recommend fixes

Support Corporate and remote office network infrastructure

Provides on-call support on a rotational basis for critical issues for IT & Infrastructure Service

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience with a concentration in an IT-related field

Four or more years of IT experience across Cloud Services (Azure or AWS), Networking, Windows Systems, virtualization (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc.

and popular IT Hardware and Software products

Three or more years of IT and Microsoft infrastructure administration

Three or more years of cloud services design and administration experience (Azure preferred)

Technical project lead experience

Strong technical documentation and effective communication skills

Strong planning and troubleshooting skills

Ability to interface and communicate with employees and external customers in a clear and professional manner

Available to work extra hours and during non-business hours as needed

Ability to work well as an IT lead, and in a group, as a key contributor and team member

Preferred but not required :

Essential SQL database administration, database security roles and permissions

Basic understanding of PowerShell scripting for day to day tasks plus automation
