Essential Job Functions :
Conducts initial and ongoing patient assessment, analyzes assessment data, creates a plan of care, implements treatment, and evaluates treatment effectiveness.
Administers medications in a safe manner consistent with the State of Practice and the hospital's policies and procedures.
Serves as point of contact for patient's care coordination throughout hospital departments.
Acts as a patient safety advocate by participating in ongoing quality improvement in the department.
Serves as patient advocate in collaboration with spiritual care, palliative care, and ethics.
Medasource Job ID #5774. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
