Role Overview :

In this role, the Data Analyst will :

• Extract and analyze data from practice management software to identify trends and enhance business performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to advocate for and implement data-driven strategies.
• Create dashboards and reports to support informed operational decisions.
• Focus on performance optimization, leveraging analysis to improve patient experiences and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile :

• Holds a Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Possesses at least 3 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within healthcare or a multi-location setting.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including SQL, Python, or R.
• Has experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Jarvis Analytics, which is strongly preferred.
• Exhibits excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of dental practice management software (e.g., Jarvis Analytics, Open Dental, Eaglesoft) is highly beneficial.
