At Elements Massage, we believe in creating a welcoming and therapeutic environmentfor our clients and our team. We're currently looking for a Retail Sales Associate / Customer Service Associate who's passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a client-focused setting.

We're looking for someone who :

• Can confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program
• Loves engaging in meaningful conversationsand knows the power of listening
• Turns feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service
• Has previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
• Is comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing
• Is enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates
