Position : Special Education Teacher

Type : Contract Full-time
Caseload : Middle And High School Openings Math and English Classes

Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each students specific needs.
- Provide specialized instruction and support to help students achieve their academic and social goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Adjust teaching methods and materials to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
- Regularly assess student progress and adapt instructional strategies as needed.
Qualifications :
- Active Special Education Teaching Licensure / Credential in Michigan
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education (Masters preferred)
- Experience with Special Needs Students is preferred
