Description
What you will be doing :
- Operate vehicle safely within DOT regulations that govern safe driving, hours of service, inspection, maintenance, and transportation of alcoholic beverages.
- Driving 10-12 hours a day / 4 days a week, moving alcoholic beverages between our 3 Eastern Massachusetts distributors
- Meet or exceed the medical DOT standards and pass drug tests
- Operates ELD and any other computer / internal freight monitoring system required
- Other duties as assigned
What we are looking for :
- 3 years or more experience driving
- High School diploma required
- Active and clean commercial drivers license with doubles endorsements.
- Must be willing and available to work overtime when necessary
- 21 or older.
Physical Demands :
- Visual, audio, and manual dexterity for reading, listening, and working traffic signs and truck equipment. Systems are in English.
- Ability to stoop, climb, bend, reach, and / or twist
- Ability to carry 40lbs and lift 25lbs overhead
- Ability to move ½ Kegs 165lbs each using two handed truck
