Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

STV is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our corporate finance team.

This position is designated as hybrid (3 days week / in office) in ideally one of the following NE STV offices : New York City, NY, Newark, NJ, Atlanta, GA or Philadelphia, PA.

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes, as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and ability to make sense of complex financial data, demonstrated experience in FP&A roles with progressive levels of responsibility, and a proven track record of driving process improvements.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial plans with strategic objectives
• Compile variance analysis, for overhead groups and operating units to ensure tracking to plan
• Prepare weekly KPI reporting, monthly and quarterly reporting packages for management and Board of Directors
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth
• Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Evaluate potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization
• Mentor and develop FP&A team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA, CPA, CMA, or CFA is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, experience with budget software tools a plus
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset

Compensation Range :

$128,289.89 - $171,053.19
