Job Title : IT Project Manager II
Location-Type : Hybrid in NYC (3 days / week onsite)

Duration : 1-year contract
Compensation Range : $50-65 / hr W2
Job Description :
- Coordinate and manage IAM project activities, focusing on design, build, and deployment.
- Overhaul the Active Directory delegation model, including permissions and access review.
- Collaborate with IT teams in the Americas to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
- Drive project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Utilize technical skills to provide insights and solutions related to IAM technologies.
- Document meetings, write synthetic minutes, and track project progress.
Requirements :
Experience : 5+ years in IT coordination or project management, specifically in IAM.
Technical Skills :
- Proficient in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, including :
- Understanding permissions, objects, GPOs
- Running PowerShell commands / scripts for reports
- Familiarity with conditional access policies, SSO setup, and MFA
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
Nice to Haves :
- Experience with Service Now for ticketing.
- Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish.
- Familiarity with large, international, and distributed organizations.
