Technology Training & Support Specialist

The Technology Training & Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of software applications while delivering comprehensive training to end-users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of technology solutions.
Role Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for enterprise software applications, troubleshooting issues and resolving user inquiries in a timely manner.Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to implement, configure, and maintain software systems to meet organizational needs.Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to educate users on software applications and technology tools.Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning content, tailored to various skill levels and learning styles.Assess user training needs and customize sessions to address specific departmental or individual requirements.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in application support, IT systems administration, or technology training.Proficiency in enterprise software applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, or industry-specific tools) and troubleshooting methodologies.Strong presentation and instructional skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Compensation : $80-100k+ depending on experience.
