Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring for Full-Time Registered Nurses (RN) to work in our TCU with a state of the art therapy area.

Hours : 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm or 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 30 pmFull-Time will be eligible for a $10,000 Bonus. There is a $4 / hour shift differential for evening shift.

Supervises work performed by LPNs, TMAs, and Nursing Aides.Monitor in-house transfers, transfers to other facilities and discharge planning.

Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.Administers medications and / or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness / response.

Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.

Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.

Performs additional duties as required.TCU RN skills and requirements : Must have MN RN License and be in good standing.Prior LTC or TCU experience preferred.

Must have strong communication and organizational skills.Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.Location : Haven Homes is a part of Cassia and is located in the West Metro.
