Alamo Drafthouse Cinema Montecillo is on the hunt for a Dishwasher Extraordinaire to keep our kitchen running smoothly and our dishes sparkling clean.
If you have a passion for movies and enjoy working in a dynamic, fun environment, this is the perfect role for you!
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Ensure all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized to perfection.
- Operate the dishwashing machine and handle hand-washing duties with efficiency and care.
- Assist kitchen staff with prep work and other duties as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Work alongside our amazing team to ensure timely service and a fantastic guest experience.
- Help with inventory and stocking supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the Kitchen Manager promptly.
- Bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to every shift.
- Foster a fun and collaborative atmosphere with your team members.
Requirements :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role is a plus but not necessary we’ll train you!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
