Compensation :
$85,000 - $175,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Serve as the liaison between clients and listing agents to ensure seamless real estate transactions
- Coordinate property showings, conduct home tours, and participate in open houses for potential buyers
- Contact pre-qualified leads to assess their interest and identify their preferences for a home
- Prepare various documents like representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to finalize sales
- Provide essential information to prospective home buyers regarding the local housing market
- Adhere to the team's strategic plan
- Schedule buyer appointments promptly
- Follow up with leads effectively
- Conduct consultations efficiently
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is signed as per BRE regulations
- Successfully close sales transactions
- Master the use of CRM systems and databases
Qualifications :
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license allowing for car travel
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities are a must
- Understanding of the local real estate market and current trends is essential
- A valid real estate license is a mandatory requirement
- Outstanding communication skills are crucial
