IP Engineer (Contract/100% Remote EST)
IP Engineer - (100% Remote EST / Contract)
Optomi, in partnership with an industry leader in the telecommunications industry, is looking for a IP Engineer to join their team.
This engineer will help support their Metro and Management networks. This role will work 100% remote based in the United States, ideally on EST time zones.
Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and resolve intricate technical issues.
- Manage fault management, ticketing, and event management processes.
- Utilize extensive technical expertise to support network services.
- Develop proficiency in telecommunications NOC support systems and processes.
- Enhance the knowledge base for network device troubleshooting, design, and support documentation.
- Monitor and analyze performance across networks and automation deployments.
- Serve as a liaison among customer-facing teams, network operations centers, vendor support teams, and peer networks as necessary.
